Working together on a therapeutic journey will guide you to regain a sense of empowerment and identity. My experience as a counselor has led me to understand the importance of developing a nonjudgemental and secure relationship together. Providing this space allows for growth and progress on the journey to overall wellness. My approach involves exploring mental blocks or guards that hinder you from experiencing your innate strengths. Together we will work on emotional processing, finding strength based evidence, and developing positive coping skills based on your individual needs.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 I specialize in working with individuals struggling with grief processing, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I use evidence-based theories to help you navigate the emotionally difficult parts of life while developing a strong sense of self, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindful Based Therapies.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Along with traditional therapy, I offer yoga based therapy and nutritional therapy allowing an individual based approach to your wellness goals. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University in 2018.
